Join us for a day of FUN & SISTERHOOD

10-11 am: Movement Medicine & Tea Time in the Garden

Bring a yoga mat, light blanket or towel and let’s ground into the earth, breathe deeply, move in flow and ease, relax and release the nervous system, and more… in Kathy’s beautiful yard. We will move for about 30 minutes, then have tea and a more intimate sister time and connection before the main event begins. Limited to 15 ladies. Please indicate on your RSVP if you will be joining us at 10!

11am-2pm: Marketplace & Food Frenzy!

Shop til you drop, and keep yourself fueled with our fabulous potluck (food served at noon) …

Odissi is one of 8 classical dance forms of India. Lisa loves to share this exquisite, intricate dance … but this year we are adding a little Bollywood/Bhangra fun to get everyone up and moving!
