Restorative Dance Flow
Move. Breathe. Flow.
Restorative Dance Flow is a gentle, invigorating, and rejuvenative breath-filled dance offering which takes inspiration from many dance genres & styles such as ballet, lyrical contemporary, Classical Odissi, West African & Rajasthani folk; as well as therapeutic movement practices such as yoga, qi gong, & pilates.
The intention of this offering is to bring each person deeper into her or his own heart through the body and breath.
We move in fluid and graceful ways… like waves of the ocean and tall grass swaying in the breeze. The mood is reverential, introspective, uplifting and feminine… yet at the same time playful, empowered, grounded and radiant! The music is soothing and energizing. You will feel nourished and satiated by the way that your own body moves and connects!
