Grace in Motion:

Guided Movement Experience

Somewhere along the way...

many women begin living almost entirely from the neck up.

We think, plan and we care for everyone else.

And little by little...

we lose the quiet relationship with our own bodies.

Grace in Motion is an invitation to come home again.

Not by performing.

Not by getting the steps "right."

But by breathing... moving... listening...

and remembering the grace that has always lived within you.

Return to the body…

Remember your grace

The Grace in Motion Journey

During our time together we'll gently move through four interconnected experiences.

Grace From Within ~ Reconnect with your breath, your body and your inner knowing.

Grace in Release ~ Let go of tension, striving and patterns of holding through graceful movement and breath.

Grace in Strength ~ Build confidence, stability and resilience while honoring your body's wisdom.

Grace in Expression ~ Discover movement not as performance—but as a joyful expression of who you already are.

You don’t need to be a dancer.

One of my recent clients told me,

"I wasn't looking to become a dancer. I simply wanted to reconnect with my body."

If that's you... you’re in the right place, too.

Who This is For…

This experience is for the woman who:

  • feels disconnected from her body

  • longs to move with greater grace and confidence

  • spends so much time caring for others that she's forgotten herself

  • wants movement that feels nourishing instead of punishing

  • doesn't consider herself a dancer...

...but secretly longs to move beautifully

  • believes there must be another way to feel at home inside herself

All dance levels are welcomed.‍ ‍If you can move you can dance.

Let’s return to ourselves…to strength, softness, and the radiant grace of the body in motion

  • You chose the perfect name for “Restorative Dance”. That is exactly what it is.  No matter where we are in life it feels like your guidance is inviting us into healing movement… restoring us to fuller balance of mind and body. I also adore your sense of timing of music!

A note before you join...

Grace in Motion opens only a few times each year.

Registration will remain open for five days, after which the doors close and the workshop is no longer available until its next opening.

Rather than leaving this experience available year-round, I prefer to open it intentionally—creating a shared season of practice before turning my attention fully to supporting the women who join me.

When the doors close...

they truly close.
